Colleen Evelyn (Friend) Delk-Marshall, age 82, of Everett, Washington passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. Colleen was born July 5, 1940 in Everett, Washington to Vernon Grover Friend and Sarah LaVonne Douglas.
