Dar Clark, 81 of Everett, Washington, passed away January 8, 2019.He was born on May 15, 1937 in Royalty, Texas to William and Winnie (Karl) Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Clark. Dar is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jan; his two sons, Jason (Tami) and Mitch; his sister, Sandy Crane and 2 grandsons; Derek and Dane.
Dar was past commander of Everett Power Squadron. He was on the board with Volunteers of America for nearly 30 years, also was on the National Board. His employers included The Wenatchee World (where he met his wife), he worked for the Mutual of Omaha for 23 years, and with Frontier Bank. He coached youth football, basketball and baseball with Everett Boys Club, parks department and South Everett Little League. His pastimes included boating, golf and traveling, especially cruises. Dar was a Seahawks season ticket holder from the beginning, also an avid Mariner and Sonic fan.
