Our hearts and prayers go out to all of Della's family. I have known Della for 45 years and was blessed to be her pastor for 38 years. Della's heart was filled with the love and kindness of God. All the years of Day Camp... Women's Association work... Bazaars... Caring for those in need... welcoming the stranger and making them a friend... Della never stopped being the hands, feet and heart of the Risen Lord. Many who are now adults, with families of their own, remember well when Della cared for them in the Nursery, taught them in Day Camp and shared years of laugher and prayer with them. I will always remember her life... a life filled with compassion, faithfulness and humility... Thank you Della for giving us courage and faith to believe in a God of Love and a life that only begins on earth. Blessings my friend and good and faithful servant of God... We will always remember and love you. Pastor Bob and Ginger

Della holds a special place in my heart. I have known her for about 35 years through church. My kids remember her at daycamp.
Her gentle spirit will be missed. She was my room mate at Everett rehab in early 2020. Della shared stories of early life in Seattle and Everett. What a fun &.sassy lady she was in the 1940/50's!
Life brought her love, joy and hardship. Resting peace, Della, my friend.

Della's sweet and gentle manner reflected a heart that was wide open and ready to love. Meeting her for the first time at Bev and Leo's house a year before they were married, I immediately felt as though I'd always known her. How often are we welcomed by warm sparkling eyes and a beautiful smile that brings us straight to their side? Della's magnetism made me want to be like her. I'm fortunate to have known her.
