Donna Murphy, 78 of Granite Falls, Washington passed away on June 14, 2014 with her husband Don and sister, Rosemary by her side.
She was born September 26, 1935 in Iowa City, Iowa to Meta and Delbert Thom 1 of 7 children.
Loving wife to Don Murphy for 49 ½ years; mother to Theresa Mathis, Theodore Murphy, Timothy Murphy, Terry Murphy and Tameria Patzer; grandmother to 20 and great grandmother to 25.
Donna also leaves 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by 1 sister and 2 brothers.
She was an X-Ray Tech and an avid genealogist. She taught genealogy in the Everett Community and School Systems at Edmonds Community College.
Visitation will be from 11:30 am – 12:45pm Saturday, June 21, 2014 followed by Funeral Service at 1:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints – 18218 100Th St NE, Granite Falls, WA 98252.
Committal Service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Everett, Washington.
