Gennadiy Tkach

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Gennadiy Tkach, unexpectedly left to be with the Lord on the 30th of March, 2022 at the age of 35.

He was born October 22nd, 1986 to a loving Christian family of Petr and Lyudmila Tkach in the city of Yevpatoria, Crimea, Ukraine.

Gena was an obedient and calm child who grew up with two brothers and four sisters.

Their home was always open for Christian ministries: church services, conferences, and youth fellowships. Many brothers and sisters in the Lord found shelter and care in this home.

Therefore, from a young age, Gena took part in Sunday services, praising God by sharing poems and songs.

In 2001, our family suffered the loss of our dear father, which was the beginning of a difficult time that strengthened our family.

In 2008, Gena and his family immigrated to the United States.

In 2011, he was baptized, and he actively took part in youth services, where he made many kind and good friends.

Gena spent his free time with family and friends. He loved traveling and photography.

In 2021, to our horror, Gena was diagnosed with lung cancer.

During the last year of his life, even though he was not well, he never lost hope or became bitter. He remained faithful to God till his last breath.

Gena's memory will always warm our hearts.

Наш любимый сын, брат, дядя и друг, Геннадий Ткач, неожиданно ушёл от нас к Господу 30 марта 2022, в возрасте 35 лет.

Он родился 22 октября 1986 года в дружной христианской семье Петра и Людмилы Ткач, в городе Евпатория, Крым.

Гена рос послушным и спокойным ребёнком в окружении двух братьев и четырёх сестёр.

Двери их дома всегда были открыты для христианского служения: собраний, совещаний, молодежных общений. Многие братья и сёстры в Господе находили в этом доме и кров, и заботу.

Поэтому с раннего детства Геночка участвовал в воскресных служениях, прославляя Бога стихами и пением.

В 2001 году семью постигла утрата, ушёл в вечность папочка, для семьи наступило тяжелое время, которое сплотило семью.

В 2008 году Гена с семьей переехали на постоянное место жительства в США.

В 2011 году он принял водное крещение. Активно участвовал в молодёжных служениях, где нашёл много добрых и хороших друзей.

Гена проводил своё свободное от работы время с родными и близкими, любил путешествовать, фотографировать.

В 2021 году был поставлен страшный диагноз- рак лёгких.

И на протяжении последнего года жизни, невзирая на свою немощь, он не упал духом и не ожесточил сердце, остался верным Богу до последнего вздоха.

Добрая память о Гене всегда будет согревать наши сердца.

A funeral service for Gennadiy will be held Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at First Slavic Church Awakening, 4223 78th St SW, Mukilteo, WA 98275. A graveside service will occur Monday, April 11, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203.
