I am very sorry to hear about her passing. I worked with her at WaMu and went on work trips with her. She always talked about her love for her family and friends. She was quiet and strong and kind. I am fortunate to work with and learn from her. Even after work, we still keep ij touch with each other. I am lucky to call her a friend. Please take care.

With a heavy heart, we remember Tita Gina...A quiet in nature, yet deeply kind and genuinely nice. I am so grateful she was part of our lives, especially that she shared in our small wedding, a memory I will always cherish. I send my deepest condolences to your family. 

Having just met Gina on our Italy/ Medjugorje trip in October, 2025, I was so happy and privileged that she and I developed a bond of friendship as we did. I had been deeply praying for her healing, and was glad that we had some very nice phone conversations after returning home. 

We had talked about a possible trip to the Holy Land in 2026. My thoughts will be about that, and I am confident, by the mercy of God, that we will both somehow experience that together in Heaven! 🙏😇

I continue my prayers for Gina and you, her whole family.
I wish that I could be present for her celebration of life, but unfortunately cannot be there. 
I will watch the live stream, thanking you for that gift!

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is so heavy right now. Although I didn’t know her very well, I can tell you that I am devastated. She was such a sweet and caring soul. May she rest in peace in the hands of Our Lord and Mother.
I am going to have a Mass said for her said for the repose of her soul. I am so glad she got to go on her last earthly pilgrimage. Now my friend is truly in heaven rejoicing 🙏.

My precious friend Gina

I am deeply heartbroken by the loss of my dear friend Gina. She fought breast cancer with incredible strength and grace, working faithfully until the very last moment. Gina was always there for me—kind, friendly, and endlessly sweet, with a heart fully devoted to God.

From the day I started working at Homestreet, she shared the Daily Bread with me every morning, gently guiding me closer to God. She lived her faith, always reminding me, “It is God’s plan. Accept it and appreciate it.” Through her words and actions, she became not just my coworker, but my friend, my sister, and most of all, my best preacher.

I miss you deeply, Gina. I am so thankful we had the chance to meet, have lunch, and spend time together on 12/6. If I had known that would be the last time I’d see you, I would have cherished every moment even more. Your love, faith, and kindness will remain in my heart forever.

Rest in God’s peace. 💜
