Glenn Oliver Zeka, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on October 20, 1932, in Oklahoma to James and Ora Zeka, Glenn lived a life defined by devotion—to his family, his work, and the simple joys that filled his days.
A proud veteran, Glenn served honorably in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. After returning home, he began a long and fulfilling 38-year career at Boeing, where his steady hands and strong work ethic carried him from mechanic to management.
Glenn was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Arvilla Fern Zeka, and their son, Billy Wayne Zeka. He leaves behind his sons John Glenn, Robert Dale, and Joseph Lee Zeka; daughters-in-law Linda, Nancy, and Mindy Zeka; grandchildren Zachary (wife Genevieve), Steven, Brock, Kaeli, and Samuel Zeka; and great-granddaughter Vivianna Zeka, who brought him endless joy.
Together, Glenn and Fern found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—fishing at the Potholes in Eastern Washington, traveling the country in their little Boler travel trailer, and making cherished visits to family in Oklahoma. They shared a love for the thrill of a good find, often wandering through swap meets, second hand stores, and pawn shops in search of treasures that spoke to them.
Glenn will be remembered for his quiet strength, gentle humor, and the deep love he carried for his family. His was a life of dedication, warmth, and heart—a life well lived and deeply loved.

Day is done, gone the sun,
From the lake, from the hills, from the sky;
All is well, safely rest, God is nigh.
Fading light, dims the sight,
And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright.
From afar, drawing nigh, falls the night.
Thanks and praise, for our days,
'Neath the sun, 'neath the stars, neath the sky;
As we go, this we know, God is nigh.
