Harold was born on April 28th, 1925 in Parma, Missouri to Willis and Lula (Johnson) Hendrix. He moved to Washington state in his early 20's where he met Dorothy (Acuff) on a blind date in Spokane. They were married on April 6th 1948 in Snoqualmie, Washington and were together for 46 years.
Hal and Dorothy were blessed with three boys; Lance, Lonnie, and Robert. Hal worked at E.A. Nord company most of his life. Both before retirement and afterwards, Hal loved to golf, bowl and travel. He was a fixture on the two courses in Everett and loved playing at Battle Creek and Cedar Crest in Marysville.
After Dorothy's passing, Hal remarried Margaret Tate. Margaret had five children from a previous marriage; Patricia Adkins, Linda & John Hoffer, Johnny & Glenda Tate, Sandra Lawler, and Jerry & Julie Tate.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, second wife Margaret and two of his sons, Lance and Robert. He is survived by son Lonnie and his wife Donna. Daughter-in-law Linda Hendrix, Granddaughter Lacy and Mike Coragiulo, great grand-daughters Maddalena and Adeline, granddaughter Kristen and Ben Butterfield, great-granddaughters Everleigh, Tessa and Zoe. Grandson Jonathan Hendrix and wife Alyssa, great-granddaughter Racheal, great grandson Tyler, grandson Timothy Hendrix and wife Melissa, great-grandsons Jamison and Finn, great-granddaughters Sawyer and Sheradan, grandson Christopher Hendrix.
