Jeffrey Lynn Thorson

6/27/47 – 2/7/16

Jeff was born June 27, 1947, in Seattle, WA and died in Everett, WA on February 7, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Glenys Thorson.

After graduating from Everett High School in 1965, Jeff attended Everett Community College and Washington State University, graduating from WSU in 1969. Jeff was an avid fan of the WSU Cougars and followed football and basketball games throughout his life. In his youth, Jeff was an avid upland bird and duck hunter and loved to hunt both in western and eastern Washington. He especially enjoyed trips to the family cabin in Fish Lake, WA where he spent many enjoyable days fishing and hunting with family and friends. Jeff also spent several summers with his father fishing commercially for salmon out of Bristol Bay, Alaska.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Bruce (Linda) Thorson of Lincoln City, OR, and nephews, Andrew Thorson of Weston, OR, Jonathan (Carla) Thorson of Walla Walla, WA, and Chris (Tiffany) Thorson of Kennewick, WA. He is also survived by several cousins and grand-nephews.

At his request, no memorial service is planned.
