To the Del Rosario family, I can't say enough how sorry we are from the 1-89 CAV family for the loss of your son. Jesse was a great friend, fun, and always made life enjoyable when it was supposed to suck. It has been my absolute pleasure and honor having served with him, and especially to have known him. My prayers are with you.

To the Del Rosario family, You don't know me but I knew your son. I know you don't need me to tell you this but let me reconfirm what you already know. Your son was a man's man, a man you could count on when you were in need. He didn't impress with words, Jesse impressed with action. I consider it a privilege and honor to have known him. He is a friend I will always remember. May he rest in power for eternity.
