Linda Kay Staley

Linda Staley born July 7, 1944 in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Dorothy Rodgers & Merrell Martin. Linda attended Tucumcari High School in New Mexico. Linda married Paul Eugene Staley on May 26, 1962 creating a beautiful family together.

Linda began her career at Boeing Aerospace Company as an Aerospace blanket fabricator & installer, retiring in 1999 after 22 years with the company.

In the years following Linda’s retirement she nurtured her hobbies including sewing club, volunteering with the Boeing retirees (Blue Birds) and attending events at the local Club 170. She loved spending time outside watching and playing softball games, golfing, playing board & card games with her grandchildren. Linda enjoyed hosting her family for the Holidays, cooking large family meals & testing out recipes she discovered while watching cooking shows. She always entered any local chili cook off, winning multiple times.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Merrell Martin, Dorothy Martin. Three brothers Farley Martin, Dennis Martin & Dwane Martin.

Linda is survived by her Husband Paul Staley of 64 years. Daughter Tamara L. Skorka, Todd Allen Staley, Ty Eugene Staley & wife Debbie Staley. Grandchildren Shannon & husband Brandon Linderman, their children Olivia & Jackson, T.J. & wife Amanda, Brittany & husband Jordan Phelps, Cody Staley, Jesse Staley.

The Staley family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to all the close friends who have truly became like family. You have all helped us through this difficult time.

Linda was the life of the party and brought joy, laughter, and a splash of fun wherever she went.
