Melissa and Kevin had just returned from weekend trip to the Oregon Coast. On the evening of May 25th Melissa passed away from heart failure. She was born in Greenwood, S.C. on Nov. 15th 1974.
She attended Everest Vocational College and received a degree as a Licensed Medical Assistant. Melissa loved camping, the outdoors and most of all the Seahawks.
Melissa is survived by her husband of 6 years, Kevin Larsh - her son, Jacob Kernells and wife Katie and granddaughter Lilly. Just 2 weeks ago, Melissa attended the wedding of her son and Katie.
Her funeral will be held at Cypress Lawn Cemetery on Friday, June 19th at 11 am. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 20th, 2pm to 4pm at Buzz Inn Steakhouse in Lake Stevens-- 1801 Main St .
Rest in peace, you will surely be missed.
