Bob Triggs was one of "my" three commissioners when I became Secretary to the Board of District 11. He was always kind and thoughtful and helpful to me with both board and district matters. He kept me up to date on retired District 11 volunteers and commissioners and helped me learn District 11's history. He loved to play golf and because I didn't know how he and the Fire Chief decided to take me "golfing" at a little 9 hole miniature course and Bob helped me make a hole in one! Being in Bob's company was very enjoyable and he always made sure both Britt and I were introduced to everyone and we had a lot of laughs. My thoughts are with you Norma and with your family.

To the Triggs Family, I my sincere condolences> The first time I met Bob was at my first Sno Isle Fire Comm meeting at Lake Rosiger. He came up to me & greeted me warmly & welcomed me to the meeting. That was June 1994 & it met so much to me because as I looked around it was Joan Miller & I, the only women comm in attendance.
A;so as I reflect over the years I realize that in all the ensuing years until2010 I NEVER, EVER heard one ill word spoken against, only praises for him as a human being & as a dedicated fire comm.
RIP Bob. May your family be comforted with Peace.
