Born October 5, 2017 in Edmonds, Washington and passed away February 3, 2018 in Mountlake Terrace at the age of 4 months. He resided with his mother Amber Starkel, his father Carter Hicks and his brother Grayson Hicks (4 years old). He had the most beautiful smile and the most amazing laugh. He could always brighten someone's day. He will be truly missed and forever loved.
