Sharon Karels (née Monaghan) passed away at Providence Hospital on May 27, 2018 in Everett, WA at the age of 75.

Sharon is survived by her husband Del, her sons Mike and Kevin, her daughter-in-law Crystal, her stepsons Don and Bryan, her stepdaughter-in-law Stacey, her grandchildren Zack, Robert, Cody and Cristina and her two sisters Mary and Joan. She is preceded in death by her daughter Kimberly, who she will be buried with.

Sharon was born on July 16, 1942 in Everett, WA to Earl and Etheleigh Monaghan. Her first marriage was in 1964 and during which she had three children: Kimberly, Kevin, and Mike. She remarried in 1999, to Renato “Del” DelBianco, with whom she spent the rest of her life.

She was born, raised, and lived in Washington State, where she worked as a Parts Processor at The Boeing Company for over 20 Years, retiring in 2002. She was an avid fan of arts-and-crafts, hosting card-making classes and hand-making birthday cards for her family. She was a warm and generous person - a caretaker and peace-keeper, who’s door was always open.

A graveside service is scheduled for noon on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the family home. All are welcome.
