Thurley Orlene Pack

Thurley O. Pack, (96), of Everett, WA passed away peacefully on September 13, 2023 from complications of Alzheimer’s. She was born and raised in Billings, Montana to Glenn and Elsie Seitz on August 16, 1927.

She is remembered as a loving and supportive mother, ‘Gram”, sister, aunt and friend.

Thurley was a small business owner in Kalispell, MT, where she moved after marriage prior to moving to WA state. Where she graduated from EWU-Cheney, WA with her Master’s Degree in Education. At which time she began her teaching career at Lewis and Clark High School, Spokane, WA.

Thurley was preceded in death by her parents. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Gayle Gehrke (Mike) and son, Dan Pack (Carol); her grandchildren, Trevor Keetch (Alison), Matthew Keetch (Stephani) and Amber Sutherland (Dustin), Michael Gehrke and Lindsey Gehrke; her great grandchildren, Dylan Keetch, Greysen Keetch and Kinsley Keetch; as well as her sisters, Marilyn Wilson and Barbara Grosgebauer; along with several nieces and nephews.

We would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at Quail Park of Lynnwood Memory Care and Amy’s Adult Care Home in Everett for the support and kindness they showed her during her last few years.

Thurley’s family will hold a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
