Despite his disabilities, Travis worked hard for many years in the Boy Scout of America. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the many providers that cared for Travis over the years, some of which include, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Alvord Brain Tumor Center at UW Medical Center and Providence Hospice at Providence Medical Center, Everett.

I first met Travis when my son Jason teamed up with Matt when they were racing . He was always so happy and enthusiastic and trying to help. He once bought me a sweatshirt at the track. I think I had mentioned something about being cold. He was so caring. I still have that shirt which now has even more meaning for me. I'm glad I knew him.
