Vicky Jean Smithson

On March 21, 2026, we lost our beloved mother, friend, and wife due to a long fight with cancer. Vicky was born in Seattle, Washington to Grace Thompson and Robert Moore who she finally joined to be with in Heaven above. Vicky resided in Lake Stevens, Washington with her beloved husband Robert Smithson who she was happily married to for 30 years. She left three daughters behind oldest being Cynthia Rutherford married to Jeffrey Brent Rutherford Jr., Susie Post, second oldest, and her step-daughter Jeni Smithson. Vicky was a proud grandma who loved all her grandchildren full heartedly, Hayli McCall, Kelsey Wgeishofski, Emily Curry, Nathan Archambault, Vicky Curry, Isaiah Curry, Justin White, Aaron White and Kylie White.

Vicky also left her siblings behind, John, Judy, Kimmy Sally, and Kathleen. Some siblings were very close to her and others not so. Vicky was a very nurturing and caring person who had a huge heart, she loved the outdoors, enjoying her favorite hobbies with her husband and enjoyed spending quality time with her family the most. Vicky will be missed dearly and always in our hearts.

Even though we can't see her, I know she will be watching over us, being our guardian angel until we meet again in Heaven as a family.

Vicky was a wife, mother, friend and cherished family member. We love you, rest in peace.
