Clara passed away on November 24, 2013 just short of her 101st birthday. She was born December 11, 1912 in Vancouver, B.C. to Herbert G and May Walter. The family moved to Everett when she was 2 years old. Clara lived in the family home her entire life. She is preceded in Death by her parents, infant sister Evelyn and her loving husband Warren of 53 years in 1991.
Clara is survived by son Herbert; grandson David (Trish); granddaughter Debbie (Chuck) and great-grandson, Riley. She was a long time member of the YMCA Auxillary, member of First Baptist Church and the Senior Adult Ministries (SAM). She hosted countless picnics at her beach house, and was always a gracious hostess. The family would like to thank Visiting Angels and Providence Hospice of Snohomish County. Services are under the direction of Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery in Everett.
