

Wesley James Moore passed away at 86 years of age on December 25, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He is proceeded in death by; Carl and Ila Moore(parents),Glen Moore (brother) Dolores Hardwick (sister),Ricky and Leon Moore (sons). He leaves Larry and Carla Franson (Son-in-law and daughter), Brittany Welsh and Tony Draman(grandchildren), Kim Walden (step daughter) Lenny Backstrom and Carmela Walden(grandchildren) Karma Roden (great grandchild) many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was born in Bremerton, Washington. Raised in Snohomish, WA where he boxed for his dad as a teen and going on to win 2 golden gloves, and taking second in Nationals. Wes coached many young men later in life. He served in the Korean War from 1950-1952 then spent two years at Fort Lewis. He worked for the Laborers Union in Everett, WA retiring in 1994. Wes loved to drive, so he took up long-hauling for several years, and taught his Nephew Mason to drive along with others. He was a tough scholar at times, but loved sharing his knowledge with others. Wes was a very hard worker. One with a tough exterior, but was compassionate, giving, and loved life more than most. He is forever cherished and will be greatly missed. RIP dad, Wes.
