Alice M. Barnett, longtime local resident of the Sacramento area passed away on Aug 14, at the age of 84. Born in Texas, her parents brought her to California at a young age. Alice was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A service in her honor will be held on Thurs, Aug 22 at 11am at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane in Fair Oaks.
