Alvin Arthur Reiman

Al was born in Lodi, California, June 26, 1923. He is survived by his wife Bert, children Scott (Kit), Karen (Charlie), Eric (Mary), Randy (Patti), Gary (Karen), grandchildren Jeff, Corey (Michelle), Erica (Holbin), Ashley, Trey, and great-grandchildren Holbin Jr and Giovanni.

Al was a member of SIRS Branch #50, Elks Lodge, and Escapees RV Club of Folsom.

He enjoyed fishing in Trinidad, woodworking, golfing and bowling.

He joined the Army Air Corp at the age of 20, piloting the B-17 aircraft for a total of 33 missions over Germany in World War ll. Upon completion of these missions he was inducted into the “Lucky Bastards Club”. After serving in the military he worked at McClellan Air Force base, retiring at the age of 56.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 21st 10:00am Mount Vernon Memorial Park and Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA.
