Auv "Sammy" Seng passed away October 22, 2013 at the age of 67. He was born December 31, 1945 in Cambodia . Auv is survived by his wife Leang Hay Meng, son Rene Seng, daughter Lilas Rafferty, and three grandchildren. He was a Civil Engineer for the U.S. Corps of Engineers for 25 years. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 1:00pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm. All that new Auv are invited to attend and share their memories with the family.
