**Biography**
Belinda Buan, affectionately known as "Baby," was born in the town of Pulang Santol, Philippines and hailed from Porac, Pampanga. She was the beloved daughter of Francisco and Sinforosa Buan. Sister to Julieta, Estellita, Atty. Lorenzito, Dr. Rolando, Arthur, Wilfred, Dr. Evangeline, and Atty. Arlene.
**Family**
Belinda was a devoted mother to Kerry, Rodney, Renee, Joey and Robin. She cherished her role as a grandmother to eleven grandchildren and a great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren.
**Education & Career**
Belinda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce from Holy Angel University in the Philippines. She dedicated nearly thirty years of her professional life to the Federal government, working with the Department of Defense. She started her career at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines and retired as a Senior Manager GS-13 at McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, CA, where she excelled as a Supervisor in Packaging & Logistics for the United States Air Force.
**Hobbies & Interests**
Belinda found peace and joy in gardening, often referring to her backyard as her "Sanctuary." She had a passion for travel and embarked on many cruise ship journeys around the world. Her favorite television shows included Jeopardy, The Lawrence Welk Show and The Andy Williams Show.
**A Courageous Fighter**
Belinda bravely fought a long, hard 16 year battle against second-hand lung cancer and brain cancer, showing incredible strength and courage throughout her journey.

Belinda Buan will be remembered for her love, strength, and unwavering dedication to her family and career. She leaves behind a legacy of resilience and cherished memories that will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.
