A funeral service for Billie will be held Monday, December 20, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628, followed by a commital service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
