Born: February 07, 1939 in Fryson, Louisiana to Effie Neal Douglas-Allen (mother) & Howard Stull (Father). Was Married to Faye Hunter in 1962. Together, they have one child, Kathleen “Tina” Stull
Billy was the oldest of 6 maternal children… was proceeded in death by his Brother Eddie L. Wilson (Oakland, CA) Sister Lee Ann Allen-Toussant (Dallas, TX) & Sister Betty Lucile Allen-Johnson (Kilgore. TX). Leaving behind his Brother Robert Allen (Redondo Beach, CA) & Sister Dorris Allen- Baker-Kenney (Kilgore. TX). He also leaves behind (aka Brothers) Ernest Williams (Kilgore, TX & Carl Williams (Anaheim, CA). Billy has two paternal sisters, Evelyn & Pam of Huston, TX. Billy was baptized at an early age at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Kilgore, TX. As a youth he was active in the Church, Sunday School & the Youth Choir. He attended Post Oak Elementary & North Chapel High School in Kilgore, TX. In High School He played Trombone in the School Band & Sang in the School Choir.
After graduation from High School, Billy attended Bishop College in Marshall, TX, he joined the US Army in 1961, and was Honorably Discharged in 1965. Billy worked & retired from the San Francisco Municipal Railway with 35 years of Service. Doing his tenure, he received numinous service awards that included, Driver of the Month, Excellent Driving Record, Accident Free Driving Award, to name a few. Billy & Faye moved to Roseville from Palo Alto, CA.
He was an avid golfer & was an active member in his golf club, Bowling Club & the Democrat Club.
A memorial service for Billy will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 12:00 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. A committal service will occur Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM, Mount Vernon's Hall of Remembrance. A reception will occur Tuesday, March 17, 2020 immediately following the service in Mount Vernon's main bldg., 2nd floor.
