In the last few years though she suffered from many medical issues many of you might remember her as being a woman with a big heart and one of the strongest woman you may ever meet.
She started early in the work force working at See’s Candies as a teenager and into her early 20’s which she enjoyed and continued to love See’s Candy, particularly the “nuts and chews” and peanut brittle. After See’s she had a job at Rodman’s Chevrolet as a bookkeeper. In 1964 she and her husband, Bill Norvelle, started “B&B Rubber Stamp” in Fresno, California and worked the business until they retired some 27 years later.
In addition to her work, Blanche was also a brownie troop Leader, a girl scout leader, a great bowler and quite the swing dancer with her husband. She had two daughters, Patricia and Nancy, and retired to Sun City, Arizona in the early 90’s. In Sun City she had the best of friends and her best of times as an active and frequent golfer, making beautiful leather pictures and works, and crocheted many beautiful items.
Blanche was honest, determined, a little hard headed, and always wanted to be fair.
We will miss her.
In Loving memory of our Mom, Blanche Norvelle,
Patty Ford and Nancy Bennett
