Northey, Charles Maynard of North Highlands, passed away on Oct 9 at the age of 94. Born on Aug 17, 1918 in southern Iowa, he is survived by his son, Steven, and his sister, Carol. Charles served his country in WWII in the US Army, then moved to Sacramento with his wife and son in 1950. He worked for both AeroJet and SMUD, where he retired from in 1983. Services to be held on Tue, Oct 23 at 2pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane in Fair Oaks.
