

Chuck was surrounded by family at his passing. He left this world surrounded by the warmth and love of his family, in the home that held many cherished memories of his family and friends. Chuck was born July 11, 1933 in Marshal, Missouri.
Chuck is survived by his sister Debra Johnson, five grandchildren, Andrew Price, (Arma, Kansas) Jessica Nichols, (Pittsburg, Kansas), Ashley Koroush (Pittsburgh, Kansas), Robert (Bobby) Brown, (Citrus Heights, California) and Jason Brown, (Citrus Heights, California). Chuck left behind eight great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and his sister in law, Carma Kepler, Citrus Heights, CA. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Lamar and Dorothy Price, his daughter, Penny Brown, (Sacramento), his wife, Barbara Price (Sacramento), his son, Michael Price, (Kansas)
As a veteran of the Air Force, Chuck served his country after graduating from Cal Poly, SLO, where he earned his Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering. Once back in civilian life Chuck had a distinguished career in the Aerospace industry with Aerojet working on the Apollo project and the Minutemen missiles. After his retirement from Aerojet, Chuck went on to volunteer for the Sacramento County Sheriff's department for 20 years demonstrating his strong commitment to community.
A graveside service to celebrate Charles' life will be held on May 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mount Vernon Memorial Park in the Court of Matthew, located at 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA. Friends and family will gather to reflect on the legacy of a man whose life was a testament to love, dedication, and adventure.
There will be a reception to Celebrate the Life of Charles A Price at the Carmichael Elks Lodge 5631 Cypress Ave Carmichael Ca 95608 at 1:00 pm.
