Daryl Gene Moore

Born August 28, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away suddenly on July 7, 2012 in Roseville, California at the age of 65.

Daryl is survived by the love of his life, Flavia G. Moore of 33 years.

Loving father of two sons; Shawn Moore and Richard Limpach and one daughter, Michelle Moore. Beloved grandfather of three. Loving son of Geraldine Moore. Beloved brother of Robert Moore and Brother-in-law of Romahn "Steve" Pietrek. Loving uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.

Daryl retired from McClellan AFB as an Aircraft Supervisor after 31 years of dedicated service. He served with distinction in the US Army during Vietnam.

Darly will be long remembered by his family and friends for his love of camping, fishing, golfing, crabbing and Nascar. He had a great sense of humor and was always ready with a joke. He spent many summers at his second home in Port Susan, Washington where he enjoyed many friends and good times.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, July 16th from 5-8pm and funeral services on Tuesday, July 17th at 10am both to be held at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, California. Inurnment will be private.
