Dean’s life reminds us that a meaningful legacy is not measured only by what we accomplish for ourselves, but by the lives we touch, the opportunities we create for others, and the faith we share along the way.
He will be remembered for his deep love of God, his devotion to Roseville Baptist Church, and his generous heart. Though he will be deeply missed, his faith, his kindness, and the lives he helped shape will continue to live on.
Dean was preceded in death by his sister, Carla, and his parents, Carl and Lee Foulk.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Kim, his children, Angie (David), Dean Jr., and Charles; and his 5 beloved grandchildren, Jon, Elijah, Joy, Caleb, and Josiah; and his sister Barbara.
A memorial service will be held at Roseville Baptist Church, 1301 Coloma Way, Roseville, CA 95661, on November 3, 2026 from 1-3pm.
