

Donald John Bevilacqua was born March 26th, 1934 in San Francisco, CA, and passed away November 11th, 2021. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Karan Bevilacqua. Survived by daughter, Amy Lupo, and son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Karen Bevilacqua. Don was a loving Papa to his five grandchildren, Danielle, Jessica, Kristina, Niki, and Kevin, and two great-granddaughters, Claire and Cameron. Some of his many accomplishments in his full life were being a Businessman and Community leader in Daly City as Presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, The Lion’s Club, and The Daly City Exchange Club. Also, he was Owner of Daly City Mobil & Mobil Towing/Storage and a lieutenant with the Colma Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a Coast Guard Veteran, a private pilot, an avid RVer, a Shriner, fisherman, hot rod enthusiast and was one of the initial members of the NorCal Boat and Ski Racing Association. He was an incredible cook and arguably “The Worlds Greatest Ravioli Maker” too! If you’ve had them…. you know!
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 4th at 10:00 am at Mount Vernon Memorial Park & Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln. in Fair Oaks, with an Internment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
