Doris Ella Cooper

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Doris E Cooper. Doris entered into our world December 31, 1919 and passed onto our heavenly fathers on February 14th, 2012. Doris E Cooper was preceded in death by her husband , Austin A Cooper, her son Donald R Cooper, brother Elmer E Wells, sisters Rowena A ,Peterson, Edna L Wells, Elizabeth "Betty" E Rash, Georgia F Grimes, Ella M Schmalz.

Doris is survived by her sister Eileen M Till, brother Raymond P Wells, Daughter Debra A Valdez (Gary) Grandchildren Donald A Cooper (Teresa), Gary Valdez Jr, Tara White (Jerry), Mathew Valdez (Tracey). Doris is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews ; all who will miss her dearly.

Doris was a home maker, but her daughter laughingly recalled her mom would have liked to have been referred to as a "house engineer". Doris enjoyed cooking for her family, the Holidays, family reunions, family picnics and just being there for her family. Doris also loved her animals, her horse and her beloved Sheltie; Summer. Doris E Cooper is now peacefully at rest in the arms of her heavenly Father.

Doris E. Cooper - Born Dec. 31, 1919. Entered into rest Feb. 14, 2012. Visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 17 from 4-8pm and Saturday, Feb 18 from 10:00-12:00. Interment services will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 9:00am at Mount Vernon.
