My sisters (Fortune Tarlengco-Vasquez, Dora Tarlengco-Lopez and Fely Tarlengco-Medina) and I and all our families share your loss.  Our generation is dwindling and your Mom was our strongest link to your branch of the family.  We love your Mom and appreciate her interest to connect with relatives.  We will surely miss her, but we praise and thank our Lord for ending her sufferings and bringing her to His Home in His loving embrace forever.  We find comfort in Romans 14:8:  "If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord.  So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord" and in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14:  "Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men who have no hope.  We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."

I remember meeting you when Ben brought me to his house in 7th grade, you were so nice to all of his friends.  You would listen to us pound on the piano lol and we would watch tv and you would would always make us a snack you will be missed by all Blessed Be

I was proud to share with those present that the person I am today is a direct result of my Mother, Emma Leseñana; the woman who gave me life, who brought me to the United States for a better opportunity, who challenged me to be my very best, and who held me up when I needed support and love. You believed in me. I am of course overwhelmed with sadness now that you are no longer here; I also understand that you are in a place where you are at peace, in comfort, and surrounded by the love of ALL your family and community. Give my regards and please hug for me dad, lola, lolo, ninang Myrna, ninang Flor, aunty Feny and our many other relatives who I know are there with you. I love you, Mom. Your Loving Son, Benjie
