Federico remained very active even after double retirement. He was a leader in the American Legion Magellan Post 604 and Filipino American Veterans Association. Federico was a full time loving Grandfather. He tended to his grandchildren (and children) without hesitation and never asked questions; he would always do whatever he could for them. Federico always brought out a smile in everyone.
