“Fred” was born AUGUST 23, 1935. He transitioned to his
Creator on January 18, 2018 from natural causes. “Fred”
was a long time resident of Sacramento after
relocating from Chicago, Illinois in 1977. He made many friends
and loved ones during his time here in Sacramento. Every
one of them are welcome to come and pay their last respects.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018
at 10 a.m. It will be held at:
