Born on March 14, 1921 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Went to our Lord on October 27, 2011. Preceeded in death by her husband, Neil F. Long. Survived by her son, Michael J. Long, and daughters, Robin Emmond and Micheline Carnes. Also survived by her grandchildren; Tammy Williams, James Carnes, Jocelyn De la Moore, Jessica Emmond, Jacqueline Early and great grandchildren; Casey Williams, Brooke Carnes, Brittany Carnes, Nevaeh De la Moore and Noah De la Moore.
Frraida was an active supporter of the VFW and Women of the Moose. She loved good food and good conversation. Going to the horse races was one of her favorite things to do. She was loved by all who knew her, and will be greatly missed.
