Gary Zimmerman of Carmichael, passed away on April 7, 2013 at the age of 66. He was born in Spokane, WA to Willis and Marie, and was relocated to Sacramento as an infant, where he has remained ever since. Gary was a well known painting contractor for over 40 years, and some of his achievments include the painting of the original Arco Arena, Capital Bank of Commerce, and the Downtown Hyatt Hotel. He is predeceased by his father, Willis; and survivied by his loving and devoted wife of 14 years, Deborah; his 2 children Chad and Jenna; grandchildren Johnathan, Cole and Jacob; his brother Mark and Lance; nephew Kyle and his mother, Marie. A celebration of his life will be held on Sat. April 13th at 2pm, at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane in Fair Oaks.
