He is the father of: Joelle Puck, Danelle Jaime, Marne Howard, Gene Howard, Timothy Howard, Paul Howard, Harold Howard, David Howard, Grandfather to 12 and Great Grandfather to 13. He is a member of Faith Lutheran since 1959. He was born in Gardnerville, Nevada and moved to California during his teen years. He served in the US Navy, worked as a civilian at McClellan Air Base from l939 until l976 when he retired. Services will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Fair Oaks, California 4000 San Juan Ave 95628 at 11:30 AM Saturday, June 10, 2017.
