He was born December 28, 1945 in Springfield, Massachusetts to George W. Sr. and Ethel Waters. He passed away October 5, 2011 in Orangevale, Calif.
George is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kay A. Waters, his Sons, George W. Waters IV of Peoria, AZ and Curtis J. Waters of Pullman, Wash; his sister Barbara Dumas of Wilbraham, MA; his brother Dick Waters of Van Wert, OH; and 2 grandsons.
George was an avid fisherman and will be missed by all who knew him.
The visitation will be from 5-8pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Mount Vernon Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln., Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Service will be the following day, 10am Thursday, October 13, 2011, also at Mount Vernon.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
