Harold Charles Bates of North Highlands, passed away on February 8 at the age of 90. Born in Dinuba, California to Charlie and Beryl, he drove truck for McClellan Air Force Base for 40 years. He is predeceased by his parents, and survived by his loving and devoted wife, Inez; and two daughters. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13 from 4-7pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, with a graveside service to follow on Friday, February 15 at 2pm in the Garden of Memories at Mount Vernon, 8201 Greenback Lane in Fair Oaks, CA.
