Hazel Louise Ashton, 86, passed away on Christmas Day 2011, in Sacramento, CA. She was born Dec. 7, 1925 in San Francisco, CA to Lea & Jennie Ashton. Hazel was the fifth child of eleven children. She is survived by two sisters, Vi Morrel & Carolyn Shade. Hazel loved the Lord, her family and life. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Vaughn & Donna Smith. She was blessed with six grandchildren & thirteen great grandchildren.
Inurnment will take place at 3pm Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln., Fair Oaks, CA. A celebration of Hazel’s life will be held at 1pm Sat., Jan. 7, 2012 at Donna’s Home.
