affection who enriched our lives from October 16, 2002, until
December 17, 2025. Jaheem, a resident of Sacramento, California,
was just 23 years old and was committed to creating his own destiny. He was preparing to join the police academy, with aspirations of becoming a Sacramento Police officer. Tragically, his life was abruptly taken in a motorcycle accident that has left us devastated.
Jaheem was a treasured son, brother, grandson, boyfriend, nephew,
and cousin, whose presence brought joy to everyone fortunate
enough to know him. Born in Saint Louis, Missouri, he exemplified
grace and kindness. Growing up in a loving family, he was nurtured
with values of compassion, integrity, and perseverance. His warmth
and generosity were boundless, and his gentle giant spirit made a
lasting impact on all he encountered.
Throughout his life, he was a devoted brother to his beloved siblings
Azeem, Zierre, and Zuri, a respectful son to his parents, and a source of inspiration for his cousins and friends. Jaheem valued the time spent with his longtime girlfriend Mariah and her family, creating an unbreakable bond with her father Arturo and younger brother Dominic.
He found immense happiness in the simple joys of life, whether it
was playing sports, tackling challenging projects, or sharing laughter with family and friends. His deep appreciation for nature led him to spend countless hours exploring the beauty of the great outdoors. In nature's calm, he often found solace, marveling at the wonders that surrounded him.
He was preceded in death by his cousin J'avoni and daughter Raine,
also predeceased by his parents, siblings, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. As we bid farewell to
Jaheem, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will forever
remain in the hearts of those he touched. His legacy of love,
kindness, and compassion will continue to inspire us all.
