Jim was the nicest neighbor. His love for all the animals was so awesome and sweet. He could talk to them all and I'm sure they understood each other.
He loved to talk and was a great story teller. 
He told him he had visited 120 countries. He hiked and traveled all over. He had the best smile and greeted all. I wish he was here so I could hear more of his stories!
I loved his yard. He had so many varieties of plants and trees. I was amazed at all the fruit trees he had! I couldn't even name them all, but he could reach up and grab a piece of fruit anytime to eat some.
I'll miss seeing him walk down the street to pick up his mail and give me a big smile. That house will always be Jim's to me. I'll probably see him walk down to get him mail. A great guy who wanted to live to be a hundred.

Thanks to a man that helped shape my life to be the man I am today. He gave me a great work ethic and a focus to get things done. Watching him gave me the conference  that I could do anything if I put my mind to it. Dad you will be greatly missed.
