Josephine L McIntosh was born on October 20, 1929 and passed away on January 23, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born and attended schools in Crockett, California. She retired as an executive secretary from California Chamber of Commerce. As music was a large part of her life, many people have enjoyed her musical talents on the piano/organ/keyboard and have followed her and accompanied by local well known drummers, Bean Cartier (over 25 years) and Terry Carlisle (15 years). She has played such venues as "Rose Room", "Nordstrom's", and the "The Station".
She is survived by her children, Sandra Green and Harold Nissen. Her grandchildren Brenda White and Deborah Green. Her great grandchildren, Lashayla, Isaiah and Aaron White. Family members predeceased her, father Giovanni “John” Esposito, mother Rose Esposito, husband Cecil “Pete” McIntosh, and brother Vincent Esposito.
Memorial Service is to be held at Mt. Vernon’s Family Chapel on Tuesday, February 03, 2015 at 12:00pm. Located at 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, California 95628
