Dear Lynette--I just found this site and learned about your mom. She has meant a lot to Beta Sigma Phis in Far Northern California Council. I had talked to her a couple of years ago and we had a lovely chat. When I tried to call again, the phone had been disconnected and we lost touch.As you probably know, she was instrumental in the formation of FNCC and was its first president. We will be celebrating our 50th anniversary of its founding in just a couple of years. Her legacy lives on! The Back Seat Presidents (past presidents of the Council) will be making a donation in her memory to the FNCC Philanthropic Fund. I will let the members of our Council know of her passing. We share your loss and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

That's a wonderful picture of your mom--I remember that smile and the hug that went with it the last time I saw her. Her memory will remain in our hearts.

Dear Lynette and family:  I have wonderful memories of Juanita as an elegant lady and faithful friend.  I met her here in Redding when I was going through a difficult time.  She was warm and supportive and a great example of how to truly be a friend.  God bless you, keep you, and bring you peace, Lynette.

Dear Lynette and family, My children and I send prayers for your comfort and peace as you say your final goodbye to your Mom, Juanita. I first met your mom when I was just nineteen-I thought she was so pretty. Ronnie and I were on our honeymoon and had stopped to visit your mom and dad in Redding. We stayed for dinner and she was a wonderful cook-anyone who can make me like Hubbard squash just has to be a good cook! It's so hard to say good-bye to our loved ones, but our heavenly Father, in his mercy, gives us  memories to re-live those times when we were at our happiest-captured forever in time. God bless!
