Khodadad, a cherished soul born in Masjid Soleyman, Iran, peacefully departed in El Dorado Hills, California. His 30-year career at the National Iranian Oil Company as a computer system analyst and project leader marked a legacy of dedication and innovation. He was married to his beloved wife, Showkat for 38 years, who preceded him in death. Khodadad leaves behind a lineage of love and memories through his children, Afshin, Payam, and Nazanin, as well as his grandson, Ryan. He will be missed every day.
A final farewell for Khodadad will be held under the guidance of Mount Vernon Memorial Park on August 6, 2024, at 1 PM, with a graveside ceremony. A gathering to honor his memory is currently being planned. In lieu of flowers, as per Khodadad's wishes, contributions may be made in his memory to the Kahrizak or Mahak charity organizations in Iran, or to a charity of your choice in the United States. Messages of comfort and condolence on this site are greatly appreciated by Khodadad's family and serve as a beacon of support during these trying times.
