Born March 17, 1985 in Carmichael, Calif.; passed tragically on September 16, 2011 in North Highlands, Calif.
He is survived by his mother Debra Gibbs; sister Charlene Barnhart; brother Pvt. Sean Siders of the U.S. Army; and brother-in-law Matt Barnhart. Also, many friends who loved him dearly.
Lewis was a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz.
The memorial service will be 7:00pm Friday, Sept. 23, 2011 at Mount Vernon Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, Calif.
