Marciel Ruth Leach

Marciel Ruth Stallings Leach, 71, of Citrus Heights, California, went to be with the Lord, on Monday, September 30th, 2019. She passed away of stage 4, ovarian cancer in her home of 42 yrs, surrounded by members of her family.

Born August 6th,1948, in Sacramento, California

Marciel was the daughter of the late Ralph Clayton Stallings and his wife, Joann Stallings of Citrus Heights, California

Marciel is survived by her two younger siblings, Marlene Rae Ellithorp and Clayton Edward Stallings.

Marciel was married on July 14th, 1967, in Roseville, California At the Roseville 1st Assembly of God Church, to Eddie Eugene Leach .

She Graduated from San Juan High School in 1966.

She had many achievements: she was 1st chair, clarinet, for The San Juan marching band and orchestra.

She worked for: Pacific Telephone, McClellan Air Force Base, she was an Assistant Manager for Modern Woman's Clothing store, and She enjoyed directing the children's choir at Citrus Heights Assembly of God Church.

But above all, her greatest achievement was being a devoted Wife, Mother and Grannie.

She had many hobbies that included RVing to Fort Brag for some cool, fresh air, visiting Idaho to see some of her grandkids, traveling to see friends & family, attending performances that her grandchildren were in, talking on her phone, and many, many trips to Target!

Marciel never met a stranger! She made all who came in contact with her, feel as though they were family! She loved showing off her multitude of pictures & stories of her 11 Grandchildren, with any and all whom would listen. They are her most valued & prized earthly possessions! Along with her beloved fur baby, Tucker.

Marciel is Survived by her husband, Eddie Eugene Leach of 52 yrs, her 3 children & 11 grandchildren.

Son, Kevin Eugene Leach, his wife Angela, and their 2 children: Caprice 15yrs, and Kevin Jr. 13yrs.

Daughter, Kellie Renee Verdoorn, her husband David, and their 3 children: Mollie 20yrs, Andrew 17yrs, and Matthew 5yrs.

Son, Nathan Allen Leach, his wife Robin, and their children: Turtle 16yrs, Sailor 14yrs, Manoah 12yrs, Anchor 7yrs, Harbor (Deceased), Waverly 4yrs, Island 2yrs and Aloha (Deceased).

Marciel is also survived by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.
