

Norman “Craig” Flemmings II AKA (Shok One of a Kine), was born May 10, 1977, at Stanford Hospital in Stanford, CA. He was born to the parents of Norman Craig Flemmings and Paula Flemmings. He grew up in Menlo Park, CA. In November 1989, the family relocated to Sacramento, CA. He attended John Still Elementary, Kennedy High School, and Graduated from Daylor High School. Craig went away and attended Grambling University in Louisiana.
Craig eventually moved to Texas where he met and married Yolonda Mitchell. Together they share a beautiful daughter. Years later, he met Rosalee Garcia and fathered two handsome sons. In 2009, Craig returned to Sacramento and later met and married, Jamaye Savage. Although the marriage ended, they remained close friends.
Craig worked as a warehouse technician and quality control for twenty years. He was also a wood maker, mechanic, carpenter, and an all-around jack of many trades.
Craig was a good guy, with a big heart. He was always there to help when you needed him. His family was always a priority, especially his kids. He was a lot of fun to be around and got along well with others. Craig loved all aspects of music and art. He also loved to fish, camp, hike, and kayaking.
Craig leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mother Paula Flemmings, His children (Kyndalyn, Aliyas and Nyzaiah Flemmings), as well as Zyare Aydelott (Stepson). He also leaves his brothers, (Eric Flemmings, Antoine Simmons and Jamie Hicks), his sister in-laws, (Jelena Prasethsy and Shakinah Simmons), nieces and nephews, Jaylani, Erica and Kamora Flemmings, Jakari and Mekhi Simmons, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father (Norman Flemmings), grandmothers (Wilma Young and Alma T. Carr), and grandfathers (Norman Flemmings, Curley Mose Sr, and Charles Carr) aunts (Stella Levy and Cynthia Mose), uncles (James Batiste Sr., Ray Mose Sr., Edwin Flemmings, Roosevelt Mose, and Curley Mose Jr.
Craig will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. We will always carry his memory in our hearts.
